During first one month technical support is available by e-mail at T-Engine

- First one month technical support covers from installation of the product to verification of sample programs.
- Please send your questions from your registered e-mail address.
- Please write your registration number (1XXX-XXXX-XXXX)
in your query form.
- Please write your query form in Japanese or English.
- Some kinds of questions, including about GNU based compiler/linker,
will require times to response, or not to be responsible.
- The following kinds of support is not included in our products.

"T-Engine Basic Support", an optional technical support plan is highly
recommended, if you need the technical support after the first one month
technical support term expires. If you order this technical support, our
T-Engine Support Center could answer your questions under the following
terms.

- 100,000 Yen (Not including tax).
- Contract period:
- One year.
- Number of cases:
- Up to 10 cases.
- Technical support by e-mail at our T-Engine Support Center.
- Please write your query form in Japanese or English.

Hardware trouble and repair
Please accept the following terms and contact to our sales division above.
- The hardware of our T-Engine related products such as Teaboard2/ARM920-MX1
Teatouch(Teaboard2+LCD board) and Teamacaron are warranted for one year from the
date of your purchase, as long as the hardware is normally used under
the good environmental condition and good manner of operation.
However, shipping cost for the damaged hardware should be paid at your end.
- Even if the hardware is still under warranty, the repair cost should
be charged to you when the cause of trouble is due to misusage or modification
or act of God.
