Please accept the following terms and conditions before the request for quotation.
Quotation and Order
To order the products, please make a request for the quotation first.
We will send the quotation to you within 3 business days.
Payment
You can purchase Personal Media Corp's products on a credit card.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days upon credit card authorization.
We accept a credit-card payment in a lump sum by VISA, MasterCard, DinersClub,
JCB or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We sell the products on a yen basis.
Please note that the exchange rate depends on your credit card company.

Please note the followings at the credit card authorization webpage.
- Enter your credit card number without space or hyphen.
- Don't click the button many times for smooth authentication.
- Don't use "Close" or "Back" button of your browser after the authentication, until the next page is displayed.
Shipping
The shipping terms and conditions are CIF(INCOTERMS).
Our products will be delivered to you by FedEx International Economy.
(Please note that some countries and regions are out of
FedEx International Economy's service coverage.)
The typical delivery date is about one week as long as there is no delay
of customs clearing or flight.
We will inform you of the FedEx tracking number by e-mail, as
soon as we ship the products.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the products.
Please pay the delivery charges in addition to the price of the products.
A quotation will be sent to you by e-mail on your request, because the delivery
charges depend on your shipping address, quantity of purchase and fuel surcharge.
Also, depending on your country, you may need to pay additional duties or
taxes, where applicable.
